Qualifications

• Completed training as a metal technician (f/m/x) – ideally with a focus on machining technology.
• Professional experience with modern CNC turning and/or milling machines.
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools.
• Skilled craftsmanship and precise working methods.
• Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of German.
• Team spirit and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Setup, preparation, and operation of CNC turning and milling machines.
• Production of individual parts and series in the precision sector.
• Independent work based on production drawings and specification documents.
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes and identification of optimization potential.
• Quality control and documentation of measurement results.
• Independent troubleshooting of machine and automation system issues.
