Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Austria is seeking a CNC milling operator to operate and manage milling centers. You will set up and commission new products, retool machines according to plans, and monitor production ensuring quality and efficiency.

Applicants should have polymechanic training, several years in CNC milling, and a responsible, independent, and precise work approach with a team-oriented, flexible attitude and willingness to work a 2-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operating and taking responsibility for CNC milling machining centers.
• Setting up and commissioning new products in close cooperation with programming.
• Setting up and retooling the machine according to the machine plan.
• Monitoring ongoing production and processes and ensuring quality control.
• Schedule management and maximum utilization of the assigned equipment.
• Maintenance and care of the equipment assigned to you.
• Technical supervision of the operators assigned to you.
