Trever in Austria is seeking an experienced project manager to lead multiple customer projects from kickoff to successful launch, using our internal tools and processes to ensure smooth execution. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and an agile mindset, with familiarity in software development and cloud environments. Hybrid work options are available in Graz.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management, software development, engineering, or related field.
• Technically confident with software development and cloud environments.
• Strong communicator, able to build trust and manage expectations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Experienced in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial markets and digital assets; securities trading experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the project journey from kickoff to launch using internal tools and processes.
• Represent the customer perspective to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to coordinate engineering efforts and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and inform stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation and support technical planning (APIs & architectures).
• Drive resource planning across projects and ensure teams are set up for success.
