• Clear, non-technical client communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and unstructured work.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Experience in agency/consultancy or client-facing roles (nice to have).
• UX research or design collaboration exposure (nice to have).
• Enterprise integration patterns or legacy systems modernization (nice to have).
• Hands-on building or deploying agentic systems (nice to have).
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field preferred (nice to have).

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows and diagnose bottlenecks.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy client-side and integration solutions.
• Translate real-world requirements into working code without waiting for a perfect brief.
• Own build-deploy-feedback-iterate loop with users in days.
• Apply agentic engineering practices to design scalable workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with UX, consulting, and cloud-native teams to productionize prototypes.
• Navigate client infrastructure, security constraints, and legacy systems.
• Articulate technical trade-offs clearly in client meetings.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
