The Ritz-Carlton Restaurant in Vienna is seeking a Server Agent / Chef de Rang for Pastamara, starting February/March 2026. You will deliver anticipatory service, engage guests warmly, and guide them through menus and beverage pairings, ensuring a seamless dining journey.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, strong English and German, and a passion for refined service. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a renowned five-star environment at Schubertring 5-7.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Prior bar or restaurant service experience preferred; knowledge of Sicilian cuisine is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and mixology; WSET or bar certification a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and German; Italian language skills highly desirable.

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
