Join in Österreich sucht eine/n Entwickler/in zur Stärkung des IT-Teams. Sie entwickeln, warten und modernisieren geschäftskritische Anwendungen mit Oracle Forms, Oracle DB und PL/SQL.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, erhalten flexible Arbeitszeiten, zwei Tage Home Office pro Woche und eine faire Vergütung ab 65.000 € brutto pro Jahr.

Qualifications

• Ausgeprägte praktische Erfahrung mit Oracle Forms, Oracle DB und PL/SQL.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Git oder Redmine von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit Legacy- und geschäftskritischen Anwendungsarchitekturen.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Problemlösungskompetenz und gute Dokumentation.
• Englischkenntnisse professionell; EU-/österreichische Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Entwickeln, Warten, Unterstützen und Modernisieren geschäftskritischer Anwendungen (Oracle Forms, Oracle DB, PL/SQL).
• Sicherstellen zuverlässiger Betriebsabläufe und Fehlerbehebung in einer komplexen Legacy-Umgebung.
• Wissenstransfer von einem erfahrenen Senior Developer strukturieren und vorantreiben.
• Geschäftsanforderungen in praktikable Funktionen, Bugs und klare Dokumentation übersetzen.
• Moderne und KI-unterstützte Entwicklungstools einsetzen (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

An established, internationally operating Austrian industrial group focused on sustainability and innovation is seeking a skilled developer to strengthen its core IT team.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, support, and modernize business-critical applications (Oracle Forms, Oracle DB, PL/SQL).
• Ensure reliable operations and handle troubleshooting in a complex legacy environment.
• Structure and drive efficient knowledge transfer from an experienced Senior Developer.
• Translate business requirements into practical features, fixes, and clear documentation.
• Leverage modern and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

Qualifikation

• Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Git, or Redmine is an advantage.
• Experience with legacy and business-critical application architectures.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, independent working style, and attention to documentation.
• Professional working proficiency in English; valid EU / Austrian work authorization required.
