Zusammenfassung

BRP-Rotax is seeking a Business Analyst - HR to join our international team in Austria. You will monitor HR ITSD workloads, report on IT Roadmaps, and lead governance for procurement.

You will develop budgets and support business leadership with project requests while coordinating closely with ITSD, Rotax, and Global IT PMO. Ideal candidates have HTL Matura or IT studies with 3+ years’ experience in HR processes, strong English, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• HTL Matura or IT studies with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Business Administration and Process knowledge in Industrial Business.
• Understanding and experience of HR processes.
• Prioritization of own tasks and effective delegation with project team.
• Very good knowledge of English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.

Aufgaben

• Monitor overall workload and backlog of tasks across ITSD project teams within HR.
• Provide regular updates on the IT Roadmap to ITSD and Business Stakeholder committees.
• Lead the ITSD Governance Meetings for procurement.
• Develop budgets and project requests, including presentations to the Business leadership team.
• Collaborate with Business and ITSD to drive comprehensive Business Preparedness on ITSD & Business projects.
• Coordinate with Rotax and Global IT PMO to ensure adherence to project delivery methods.
• Organize regular jour-fixe sessions with Business stakeholders to align priorities and identify risks.
• Track budgets for dedicated IT Projects.

Your new adventure

• Monitoring the overall workload and backlog of tasks across ITSD project teams within the HR business function.
• Provide regular updates on the IT Roadmap to both ITSD and Business Stakeholder committees.
• Lead the ITSD Governance Meetings for the procurement
• Development of budget and project requests, including presentations to the Business leadership team during investment board meetings.
• Key tasks and deliverables managed by the Business Analyst during each project phase include:

• Collaborating with Business and ITSD: Drive comprehensive Business Preparedness on ITSD & Business projects, encompassing activities such as support in test case definition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organizing go-live hyper-care activities.
• Working closely with the Rotax and Global IT PMO and respective project owners to execute projects effectively. Ensure adherence to common project delivery methods, following well-defined project phases, and meeting established tollgate criteria.
• Organizing regular jour-fixe sessions with Business stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate common tasks, and identify potential risks.
• Coordination and tracking budgets for dedicated IT Projects.

Your experiences and skills

• HTL Matura or Completed adequate IT studies (university, FH) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Business Administration and Process expertise in Industrial Business
• Business knowledge and process knowledge ideally related to HR topics
• Understanding and experience of HR processes
• Prioritization of own tasks and effective delegation with project team
• Very good knowledge of English, German is an asset
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting
