CASABLANCA hotelsoftware is seeking a Builder Engineer Internal Systems to own and enhance our internal technology landscape. You will design, build, and maintain systems and tools used daily by multiple teams, focusing on reliable, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with business, design and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into robust technical implementations and improving our internal toolchain and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in software engineering, ideally with web and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce systems and API-based integrations.
• Broad technical understanding across different systems and platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, efficient technical solutions.
• Structured, independent way of working with a hands-on mentality.
• Analytical thinking and ownership for your projects.
• Fluent in English and German at B2 level or above.
• Bonus: Experience with internal tool development or process automation.

As Builder Engineer Internal Systems | all genders, you take ownership of our internal technology landscape. You design, build and maintain the systems and tools that our teams rely on every day. You combine solid engineering skills with a structured approach to create solutions that work reliably and scale with the company.
