• Maintain governance records and document management systems with proper version control.
• Act as point of contact for Board members, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
• Facilitate information flow across governance bodies and internal teams.
• Support governance-related procurement, contracting, and admin processes.
• Contribute to governance improvement initiatives and digital transformation.
• Provide guidance to colleagues preparing submissions.
