Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and experience in operational excellence.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, standard work, or visual management.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and translate data into actions.
• Experience with BI tools to monitor operational performance.
• Safety and GMP awareness in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives to standardize processes and accelerate timelines.
• Scope and drive Lean / Six Sigma projects and coach colleagues.
• Establish and govern standard work across site manufacturing and processes.
• Track KPIs and develop automated BI reports for leadership visibility.
• Digitize planning with digital tools and real-time metrics.
