Zusammenfassung

Lonza Basel site is recruiting a Lead PMO to steer the strategic project portfolio and drive governance to align investments with business objectives. You will develop the Site Master Plan, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Fluent in English and German, you will collaborate with the Site Leadership Team and coach cross-functional project teams to deliver complex programs in a pharmaceutical context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, PM, Engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience leading PMO activities and project portfolios.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract development and manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German.

• Lead the site PMO and oversee the strategic project portfolio.
• Drive project prioritization and governance to align investments with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan and strategic roadmaps.
• Ensure business continuity considerations are integrated into strategic planning activities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, resources, and project delivery outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Contribute as a member of the Site Leadership Team and coach project teams to achieve successful results.
