Qualifikationen

• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development, external operations, outsourcing, vendor management, or project management.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing external partners in a global environment.
• Financial forecasting and budget management experience.
• GxP-regulated environment knowledge is desirable.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Manage outsourced analytical activities across development projects.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, and execution with external partners.
• Drive governance and performance management of CROs and providers.
• Monitor capacity, timelines, risks, and delivery of outsourced work.
• Manage forecasting, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Drive process harmonization and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with Novartis requirements.
