Novartis is seeking an External Analytical Organization role based in Schaftenau, Austria, within TRD Biologics and Analytical Development. You will drive scalable analytical outsourcing, partnering with external providers to ensure compliant, timely delivery across a global portfolio.

The External Analytical Organization (EAO) is part of Technical Research & Development (TRD) Biologics and serves as a key enabling function within Analytical Development (AD). EAO is responsible for driving efficient, compliant, and scalable analytical outsourcing across the Novartis development portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration between Analytical Development and external analytical partners.
This role is based in Schaftenau, Austria. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role. Please only apply if this location is accessible for you.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 66,918.00 - 90,600.00 - 117,800.00 EUR Annual
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
