Bitpanda is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to empower data-driven decision making across product, engineering, operations and finance. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing and understanding key metrics that drive growth for millions of users globally.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product and Operations to identify reporting needs, enable analysts, and contribute to the design of our self-service BI platform and data model.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of professional business intelligence or analytics engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, applied mathematics and statistics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong data modelling and data quality fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Identify reporting needs with Finance, Product and Operations.
• Enable analysts across the organisation and streamline dashboard creation.
• Contribute to the self-service BI visualisation platform and core data model design.
• Unify BI, data engineering and stakeholders to build data sets and models.
• Ensure high data quality of the core data layer with dbt models and SQL.
