You bring a degree in sales or engineering, strong German and English, and a track record in B2B sales; you are self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to close deals in a growing market with a flat hierarchy and modern tools.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational qualification with a focus on sales, business or engineering.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion to convert leads into customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and closing focus.
• Analytical thinking to identify customer potential.
• Existing industry network and active maintenance.
• Very good German and English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach new B2B industry clients through networking.
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline in CRM to optimise the sales process.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation and qualification.
• Make initial contact with incoming leads from various channels.
• Qualify leads through analysis of needs, requirements and benefits.
• Convert leads into customers through consultation, quotations and negotiations.
• Provide long-term support to customers to identify cross-selling opportunities.
