Philip Morris Austria GmbH is inviting a skilled digital platform specialist to own all technical aspects of the DTE deployment and ongoing maintenance in a Vienna-based role. You will manage CMS and Salesforce configurations, ensure localization and compliance for the Austrian market, and collaborate with IT teams to drive improvements.

You bring 2–3 years of hands-on website management or digital solution experience, strong ticketing tool knowledge (Jira/Confluence), and proficient German

Qualifikationen

Completed studies in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in website management, systems maintenance, or digital solutions.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Confluence; Salesforce is a plus.
Proactive, agile thinker with strong analytical skills and clear communication.

Aufgaben

Act as SPOC for all technical aspects of DTE platform deployment and maintenance.
Oversee CMS and Salesforce Community Cloud configurations.
Support localization and compliance for local markets; align solutions with market objectives.
Manage platform performance and data security; implement best practices.
Collaborate with B2B Digital Teams and IT to resolve challenges and document processes.
