Qualifikationen

• Degree in economics with focus on marketing/digital marketing or related.
• Initial professional experience in campaign development (ATL/BTL).
• Experience with campaign management and agency coordination.
• Strong project management and understanding of target groups.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient MS Office; Photoshop is an advantage.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.

Aufgaben

• Create and coordinate design and production of advertising material to support marketing strategies.
• Brand identity design using toolboxes and guardrails.
• Develop clear creative concepts aligned with brand positioning.
• Use storytelling and new technologies to drive differentiation.
• Develop content (animations, visuals, videos, banners, infographics) for channels.
• Ensure messaging consistency and cross-channel synergies.
• Measure content performance and improve effectiveness.
• Maintain content calendar and project management of toolboxes.
• Collaborate across the organization; interact with agencies.
• Budget coordination and capacity planning for marketing activities.
