CAE Inc is seeking a Training Liaison Manager to join their Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna. This role involves shaping the pilot training experience and ensuring that training solutions are seamless and compliant with aviation regulations. Successful candidates will have strong operational experience in aviation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Aufgaben

• Support the Manager Training Services and Training Managers through review of training authorisations.
• Be the key link between clients and training teams to deliver compliant training solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
• Coordinate training requirements, resolving scheduling conflicts and shortfalls.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
