As an Associate Manager – Automotive & Digitalization, you will lead teams, develop topics, identify new business, and coach colleagues while maintaining project execution and client focus within our Automotive Practice.

Formación

• Completed university degree required.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid project management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops for clients and events.
• Develop and implement solution approaches for top-tier clients and agile organizations.
• Conduct data collection, interpretation, and visualization to inform recommendations.
• Contribute to shaping our culture and interviewing potential new colleagues.
