• Minimum 5 years in a general management role with full P&L accountability; 10–15 years post-undergraduate experience.
• Hands-on operating background required; not suited for candidates from purely financial services, private equity, or consulting without P&L accountability.
• Industry expertise aligned with AIA's investment thesis and priorities across various business types.
• Strong local anchorage with fluency in the local language and business culture, plus a broad regional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated with resilience and growth-driven vision.
• Emotional readiness for a CEO leadership role with purpose and drive.
• Ambition balanced with humility and a clear understanding of collaboration with AIA.
