All Interests Aligned (AIA) seeks a CEO/Operating Partner in Austria to lead a high-potential SME through its MBI program, backed by experienced entrepreneurs and investors. This is a career-path role with equity upside and hands-on responsibility from day one.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability and 10–15 years post-undergraduate experience, plus deep regional knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
