We are seeking a Solution Architect accountable for the system and solution architecture of our Air Traffic Management (ATM) IT Voice Solutions.

As a key member of our Pre‑Sales team, you will drive the technical and commercial design of complex offers, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with ATM market requirements, our business

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in ATM or related mission-critical communications.
• Strong understanding of communication architectures and safety-critical applications.
• Excellent translator of technical complexity into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience influencing across Product Management, Sales, Delivery, and Service.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex bidding processes with focus on technical and commercial parts.
• Own the solution design and ensure integrated technical solutions align with company goals.
• Bridge gaps between Product Management, Sales, Delivery and Service as the central interface.
• Champion innovation to keep offerings cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.
• Develop robust solution concepts and communicate the rationale clearly.
• Lead product demos, high-level presentations, and technical workshops as SME.
• Provide strategic project lifecycle support from kickoff to CDR.
