Mercor is seeking native Arabic speakers to perform CX agent testing. You will place calls and conduct QA reviews to evaluate the conversational AI agent's performance.

Responsibilities include completing 10 test calls, performing 10 QA reviews, and providing clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience. Immediate start is required, with an expected 1–2 hours total duration.

Qualifikationen

• Native Arabic speaker required.
• Prior data annotation experience preferred.
• Ability to place calls to EU, UK, or US numbers.
• Good audio quality for clear phone calls.
• Available to start immediately.

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided.
• Complete 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
