Jobgether SRL seeks an Analytical Chemistry Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Austria. You will evaluate AI-generated analytical chemistry content, apply spectroscopy, chromatography, MS/NMR knowledge, and contribute to safer, more reliable AI systems from a remote setup.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or equivalent experience with strong technical writing and problem-solving skills. This is a remote freelance role with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent advanced expertise may be valuable.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation, spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical methods, quantitative analysis, and method development.
• Experience in laboratory-based research, analytical method validation, pharmaceutical or environmental testing, instrumentation-heavy studies, or related applications.
• Familiarity with techniques such as mass spectrometry, HPLC, GC, NMR, trace analysis, titrimetry, and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly, precisely, and logically.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with attention to reproducible findings.
• Interest in evaluating AI-generated content and contributing to reliable scientific AI systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment with a secure computer and high-speed internet.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to analytical chemistry questions for factual accuracy, reasoning, and relevance.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios involving spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, quantitative methods, environmental testing, and method development.
• Assess advanced techniques: MS, HPLC, GC, NMR interpretation, trace analysis, titrimetry.
• Document model weaknesses and reproducible errors to support improvements.
• Provide detailed scientific feedback and propose corrections and improvements to prompts and testing methods.
• Apply QA/QC principles and analytical data interpretation to evaluate AI outputs.
• Explain conclusions and document steps behind technical judgments to improve transparency.
