Job summary

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Austria is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our family-run team for full-time guest service in the dining room. You will welcome guests, advise on menu and wine choices, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming, high-quality dining environment.

We value independence and reliability, plus a warm, respectful demeanor. Experience in catering/hotel industry is preferred, with opportunities for long-term employment and seasonal variation

Qualifications

• Completed training in catering/hotel industry.
• Wine knowledge is desirable.
• Enjoyment of the job and fun in dealing with people.

• Communication skills and a confident, stylish appearance.

Responsibilities

• Reception and service of guests in the dining room (advice and sales).
• Competent and sensitive advice for guests regarding menu and wine selection.
