Allianz Holding eins is seeking a leader to drive the AI transformation program across Central Europe, modernizing insurance processes and re-engineering operating models. You will shape the AI strategy and run the regional project portfolio to deliver measurable outcomes.
The role requires 7+ years in claims/operations, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English, based at the Vienna ICON Towers with remote flexibility within Austria.

Annual gross salary: 100k EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
