Job summary

Scalable Capital is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable backend and cloud systems powering AI-driven products. You’ll integrate modern AI capabilities via APIs and help build production-grade AI-enabled services.

You will work on agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Opportunity to shape the tech direction from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional software development experience with Python.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to learn quickly across infra and backend domains.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI/LLM services for internal and client-facing offerings.
• Design architectures for deploying scalable AI-enabled solutions on AWS.
• Extend Terraform infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement testing and monitoring for AI-integrated systems.
• Work with agentic workflow orchestration frameworks to build intelligent workflows.
