Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Austria. You’ll help developers and enterprise customers build and operate products on a rapidly evolving generative AI platform, troubleshooting API, authentication, and integration issues while coordinating with engineering and sales teams.

You’ll document bugs, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve support processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs, platform, UI, integration issues, and troubleshooting errors.
• Support users across email, chat, and Slack with high responsiveness and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues including OAuth and API keys.
• Investigate technical issues using logs, error messages, and observability signals to determine root causes.
• Manage support cases within SLAs, escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Reproduce and document bugs with engineering teams for effective resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback on reliability and product improvement.
• Assist with feature and infrastructure validation and testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Improve developer self-service with clear guidance and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and support teams.
