Lenzing AG in Austria invites AI experts to join as AI Platform Specialist. The role designs and operates the company's AI architecture, enabling scalable, secure AI solutions and enterprise-wide adoption.

You will work with IT, data teams and governance, leverage Power Platform and M365 Copilot, and contribute to a compliant, future-ready AI platform. Flexible hours and homeoffice offered; salary according to collective agreement with potential overpay.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with software and system architecture, focusing on AI-enabled platforms and enterprise AI solutions.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with cloud-based and/or on-prem AI platforms, including containerization and deployment concepts (Docker, container orchestration) and Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of AI security, data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements, including responsible AI principles.
• Ability to evaluate and introduce new AI technologies and architectural paradigms for scalable, future-proof use cases.
• Experience in user enablement, training, or community management.
• Fluency in English and German (C1).

Aufgaben

• Design, operate, and evolve the company’s AI architecture to enable scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
• Establish robust AI platforms, integrating new AI technologies and paradigms.
• Support adoption of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem by guiding users and fostering AI communities.
• Provide support for conceptual design, implementation, and continuous development of enterprise-wide AI architecture.
• Operate and maintain the existing AI platform for ongoing improvement and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, data teams, security, and governance stakeholders.
• Provide guidance for users working with M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related AI services.
• Build and support AI and Citizen Developer communities across the organization.
