Zusammenfassung

Lenzing AG in Lenzing, Austria, invites applications for an AI Platform Specialist (50% PT, m/f/d). You will design, operate, and evolve the company's AI architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that drive sustainable business value.

You will enable AI adoption within the Microsoft ecosystem, support M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, and collaborate across IT and business units. Fluency in English and German (C1) is required, with flexible hours and remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with software and system architecture focusing on AI-enabled platforms; proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with cloud-based and/or on-prem AI platforms, including containerization and deployment concepts and Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of AI security, data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements, including responsible AI principles.
• Ability to evaluate and introduce new AI technologies and architectural paradigms to support scalable, future-proof use cases.
• Experience in user enablement, training, or community management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German (C1).

Aufgaben

• Design, operate, and evolve the enterprise AI architecture to enable scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
• Establish robust AI platforms and integrate new AI technologies and paradigms.
• Support AI adoption within the Microsoft ecosystem and foster AI communities for enterprise-wide usage.
• Contribute to conceptual design, implementation, and ongoing development of the AI architecture.
• Operate and maintain the existing AI platform, ensuring ongoing improvement and scalability.
• Evaluate, introduce, and integrate new AI technologies and deployment concepts.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and responsible AI requirements across the architecture.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, data teams, security, and governance stakeholders.
• Provide support for users of M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related AI services.
• Build and support AI and Citizen Developer communities across the organization.
