GoStudent in Vienna is seeking a Performance Marketing Engineer to build an AI-powered paid acquisition engine across Google, Meta and other channels. You will own channel mix, budgeting, bidding and testing to deliver profitable growth.

You will work with growth, creative and product teams, applying data, experiments and automation to improve CAC, ROAS and overall efficiency. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to improve CAC, ROAS, CPA or CVR.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition and performance marketing.
• Analytical and data-driven with a bias for action.
