NXP Semiconductors in the Graz area is seeking a part-time student to support our Digital Design team while pursuing studies. The role focuses on applying Generative AI to design workflows and productivity improvements.

You will create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based tools, analyze design data, and help prepare dashboards and documentation. Ongoing studies in relevant engineering or CS fields are expected, with 8-20 hours/week.
