Qualifikationen

• Experience with agile methods including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong cultural awareness and intercultural competence.
• High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to drive topics forward.
• Ability to work independently within a global organization.
• Coaching experience and ability to train development teams.
• Experience in change management.
• Holistic thinking with analytical approach.

Aufgaben

• Promote a culture of continuous development and an agile mindset within product teams.
• Coach and mentor teams and individuals as a Servant Leader.
• Support agile events: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, People Coaches and Stakeholders to ensure clear, prioritized planning.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering progress and collaboration.
• Encourage communication across teams and locations.
• Work in a truly global, diverse team environment with respect for different cultures.
• Maintain focus on outcomes and value creation through agile practices.
• Take ownership, drive topics forward, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish performance metrics to track team effectiveness.
• Support standardized processes, methods, and tools for agile practices.
• Collaborate with Agile Master Community to improve Miba’s AWoW.
