Miba is seeking an Agile Master to lead agile transformation across global teams in Austria. You will coach, mentor, and empower teams to self-organize, foster an agile mindset, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires strong facilitation skills in English and German, change management experience, and a proactive ownership mindset in a global setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills in English and German.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals.
• Change management experience.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Promote a culture of continuous development and agile mindset within product teams.
• Coach and mentor teams to self-organize and improve.
• Facilitate agile events: stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering progress and collaboration.
• Improve cross-team communication across locations.
• Establish performance metrics to track team outcomes.
• Support standardized agile processes and AWoW across the organization.
• Work in a globally distributed, culturally diverse environment.
