Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience and ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Experience with test management, planning, and reporting in agile or non-agile contexts.
• Knowledge of API, web-application, regression testing, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define a program-wide test management plan aligned with stream-lead and program management.
• Develop release-dependent test management plans for affected applications.
• Manage all test functions supporting both software development and engineering deployments.
• Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to create test approaches and cases.
• Identify reusable test cases and optimize testing effort, including risk assessment.
• Ensure defined requirements are met per solution description and use cases.
• Develop test plans, approaches, and test cases; review requirements and optimize testing activities, including automation where applicable.
• Manage defects, test environments, and test data; communicate with stakeholders as needed.
