Job summary

INNIO Group in Jenbach, Tirol, Austria is seeking an Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/d) to develop, validate and release service products for Jenbacher gas engines. You will collaborate with lead and senior engineers across departments to ensure robust solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, continuous improvement, and travel readiness. A degree in engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience and fluency in German and English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or HTL.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering or technical service.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, validate and release service products related to the fluid, digital & controls domain for Jenbacher gas engines.
• Support CMU or productivity initiatives with the Service PLM team.
• Improve existing products focusing on robustness, usability and cost-out.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sourcing, Validation Team and Service Regions.
• Plan, document and execute testing on development engines, rigs or in field.
• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers for project execution.
• Apply project management techniques and manage multiple projects.
• Work self-dependent on multiple topics and contribute to continuous improvement.
