Zusammenfassung

DO & CO in Vienna seeks a financially skilled leader to manage the team and oversee invoicing and accounts receivable for international events, restaurants, lounges and hotel operations. You will also prepare outgoing invoices, post vouchers, and support monthly and annual financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have higher commercial education, strong numeracy, and professional German and English communication. An hands-on, autonomous, team-oriented work style is essential.

• Higher commercial education completed (HAK, FH, Uni).
• Several years of relevant experience in a comparable position would be an advantage.

• High hands-on mentality and strong numerical skills.

• Technical and disciplinary management of the team

• Collaboration in the ongoing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting process
• Preparation of outgoing invoices to national and international customers
