Netrix Global is seeking a Windows System Administrator to join our Managed Services – Site Operations team. You will manage Azure infrastructure, Windows Server environments, and automation tasks across cloud and on-premises setups.

The role emphasizes Azure expertise, scripting in PowerShell/Python, and collaboration with global teams to maintain reliability. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Formación

• Experience in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VNets, Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS.
• Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools, ideally Datadog.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting web server environments.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in rotational support environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Nice to have: experience supporting Java microservices environments, including WildFly.

• Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Collaborating with global operations teams to maintain service reliability and operational excellence.
• Managing web servers and supporting critical business applications across environments.
• Participating in operational support rotations and providing coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

About The Opportunity

• Monitoring applications, infrastructure, and services using Datadog and other enterprise monitoring platform
• Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments
• Collaborating with global operations teams to maintain and improve service reliability and operational excellence
• Managing web servers and supporting critical business applications across multiple environments
• Participating in operational support rotations and providing coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles

What You Will Bring To The Table
