The PM role focuses on intake, scoping, and assigning tasks to design and development teams, ensuring timely delivery with quality. You will support teams and clients, using AI for process optimization.

The position emphasizes collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders, overseeing projects worth significant monthly recurring revenue across a diverse client portfolio.

Formación

• 2-4 years of agency experience in web development projects.
• Strong knowledge of web design and UX trends.
• Experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
• Basic understanding of web languages (Java, HTML, PHP).

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication.
• Project Oversight: plan, execute, and monitor website development and design projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: provide status updates and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• POD Coordination & Alignment: coordinate across the pod, align priorities and resources for timely delivery.
• Client Portfolio: manage multiple accounts and ensure steady retention and project success.
• Team Support: step in as account manager when needed.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital Nova ecosystem to optimize processes.
