Una empresa de energía global busca un Analista de Almacén en Neuquén, Argentina. Será responsable de la planificación de la demanda, gestión de inventarios y ordenes de compra. Se requiere experiencia en análisis de planificación y habilidades en negociación con proveedores, valorando la diversidad en el empleo.

Formación

  • Analizar horarios de actividad de clientes y planificación de fracturas.
  • Monitorear y controlar niveles de inventario.
  • Gestionar órdenes de compra para asegurar entrega oportuna de materiales.

Warehouse Analyst /Senior Analyst/ Specialist

LOCATION: Neuquen- Neuquen -Argentina

DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES

Responsibilities:

  • Planificación de la Demanda y Suministro: Analyze customer activity schedules, fracture planning, and pad planning to determine material requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed material plans, considering supplier lead times and storage capacity.
  • Determine chemical requirements and delivery plans with engineering.
  • Calculate and establish optimal reorder points for each material, considering supplier lead time, demand variability, and supplier delivery times.
  • Determine and adjust safety stock levels to mitigate the risk of stockouts due to unexpected demand fluctuations or supply delays.

Gestión de Inventario:

  • Monitor and control chemical, component, and work-in-progress inventory levels.
  • Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize storage and obsolescence costs while ensuring material availability.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and obsolescence issues.
  • Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce storage costs.
  • Establish appropriate reorder points and safety stock levels.

Gestión de Órdenes de Compra y Proveedores:

  • Manage purchase orders via Exiros to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Regularly communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, resolve shipping issues, and manage returns.
  • Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery time, and cost.
  • Collaborate with Exiros to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
