EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Cyber Remediation Coordinator to lead vulnerability remediation efforts across the globe. You will coordinate with Vulnerability Discovery and application support teams to mitigate high-severity risks.

The role requires strong communication, global collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. On-call rotation is part of the duties, with a focus on continuous improvement and incident response readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Up to 5 years in vulnerability management.
• Understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Experience with SIEM technologies (Sentinel, Splunk).
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, XSOAR, Python.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities detected by vulnerability discovery team and app support.
• Adhere to SOPs and internal playbooks for BAU handling.
• Liaise with Security Consultants and other security teams.
• Interface with various IT services professionals.
• On-call rotation as required.
• Prioritize, organize, and automate daily operations.
