Perficient is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our LATAM team. You will lead architectural direction, drive strategy across technology domains, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong Azure Cloud expertise, project lifecycle experience, and proven leadership in a global, distributed environment. Join a fast-growing, global digital consultancy delivering innovative solutions for large enterprises.

Formación

• 10-15 years programming experience with Azure Cloud.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience with the Azure Cloud.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.
• Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture and provide architectural solutions/designs.
• Provide architecture assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for technology domains.
• Lead projects within architecture and interact with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
• Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building applications.
