Formación

Descripción del empleo

The Vendor Program Manager Tech - SSA (Spanish South America) will identify opportunities for business expansion in support of the customer sales strategy. Develops and maintains the business relationship by providing solutions for defined account(s) in a product line, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives. What You'll Do:

  1. Subject matter expert (SME) for brand product, technology solutions and/or offerings for assigned customers and/or territory.
  2. Responsible for executing strategic customer growth plans and managing business relationships in assigned accounts by providing value-added solutions.
  3. Identifies and creates opportunity demand for products, coordinating seminars, training, and resource awareness to drive growth in targeted accounts.
  4. Performs analysis and reports on program impact, notifying the Account Manager of successes, issues, and future growth strategies.
  5. Maintains knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customer trends in the assigned market.
  6. Maintains supplier relationships and runs sales floor call-out days with the Business Unit sales teams.
  7. Understands customer vendor go-to-market strategies and markets to assist in growing business in adjacent vendor markets.
  8. May assist customers in understanding vendor selling or certification requirements and act as a liaison between customer and vendor teams.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  3. Proficient in English (B2 or higher).
  4. Experience in selling IT products to resellers or end users, including cloud or software solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong sales activity structuring, high energy, motivation, strategic thinking, and ownership.
  7. Experience in account management.

Other Education / Certifications:

  1. MS degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  3. Some travel may be required.
