EY is seeking a Business Enablement professional to oversee contract management and vendor relationships within the Source-to-Pay framework. The role focuses on central oversight of contracts, data quality, and timely reporting of key attributes, with close collaboration with Sourcing Managers and stakeholders to ensure procurement transparency and policy compliance.

Proficient in SharePoint, with the ability to manage content types, lists and security settings.
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

Update and manage contract inventory, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Initiate Sourcing processes for the assigned portfolios.
Oversee Sourcing Procurement list and collaborate with Sourcing Managers to ensure Contract Owners receive timely updates during the sourcing process.
Support the Business Enablement functions in Source‑To‑Pay process activities (PO requests, Goods receipt, invoice approvals), including Independence and Supplier Risk Assessment sub‑processes.
Ensure compliance with procurement and independence policies throughout the Business Enablement organizations.
Influence behavior, expectations, and accountability for the procurement process throughout the Function.
