Mode.Inc, the parent company behind Mode Mobile and EarnOS, is seeking a mid-senior UA Creative Strategist to scale creative production across our rewarded/earn, utility, and viral/social apps. You will translate performance data into concepts and briefs, partnering with the Ad Creative Lead and UA Managers.

This role focuses on a dedicated app vertical and requires directing a distributed production team to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

Formación

• 2-5 years in creative strategy or UA-focused creative direction.
• Proven ability to write briefs and scripts for high-performing paid social/video ads.
• Experience with a verticalized portfolio in app categories.
• AI-native and comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate concepting and production.
• Experience directing distributed production teams (in-house, freelancers, contractors).
• Data-informed: using performance data to guide creative direction.
• Strong communicator to translate brand vision into briefs.

Responsabilidades

• Own creative strategy for a dedicated app vertical (Rewarded / Earn Apps), developing concepts, briefs, and scripts.
• Collaborate with UA Managers to understand performance data and prioritize next concepts.
• Write briefs and scripts that scale — 15-20 concepts per week with 4-5 variations each.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to producers/editors and contractors to stay on brief and on-brand.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production workflows.
• Track creative performance and feed learnings back into the briefing process.
