Qualifications

• Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, digital marketing, or agency environments.
• Knowledge of direct marketing and digital advertising concepts.
• Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis and performance tracking.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for optimization initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex accounts within targets.
• Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content with market nuances.
• Support optimization across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
