Cognizant is seeking a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese) to improve digital advertising performance through strategic recommendations and data-driven analysis. You will work with the Digital Marketing Operations team to support campaigns across global markets.

In this hybrid role, you will analyze accounts, optimize structures, localize content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, advertising operations, or agency environments.
• Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for campaign optimization initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex and high-value accounts while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content considering market requirements and cultural nuances.
• Support optimization efforts across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App advertising products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous campaign improvement and deliver measurable results.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
