Job summary

New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (Portuguese) to help improve digital campaign performance. You will analyze account data, rebuild structures, and provide strategic recommendations across global markets, collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable improvements.

The role requires advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish, plus hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills (written and verbal) required.
Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, advertising operations, or agency environments.
Understanding of direct marketing and digital advertising concepts.
Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of Digital Advertising, including certifications or practical experience managing campaigns.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance and efficiency.
Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for campaign optimization initiatives.
Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex and high-value accounts while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content while considering market requirements and cultural nuances.
Support optimization efforts across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App advertising products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous campaign improvement and deliver measurable results.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
