Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the main line of communication between Sponsor or CRO and the site.
• Ensure responses to feasibility questions are provided in due time.
• Assist in scheduling and preparation for all monitoring visits at the site.
• Be present to respond to monitors during all monitoring visits at the site.
• Track patient enrollment and support the site and CRO/Sponsor team in timelines and goals.
• Maintain study and general tracking of site documents.
• Data entry into study-specific EDC systems and resolve data clarification queries.
• Report and follow up on adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Handle and reconcile investigational products and clinical supplies.
• Collect and maintain site regulatory documents as needed.
• Facilitate contract and budget negotiations at the site level.
• Support Investigator and Site payments and processes as needed.
• Schedule and/or perform study procedures per requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in audits or inspections.
