Milestone One is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Site Coordinator to manage site readiness, activation, and ongoing trial activities at Argentina sites, working with investigators and vendors. The role requires autonomous work across hospital departments and field operations.

The position is hybrid and based in the Buenos Aires region, with on-site needs during setup, activation, screening, and participant visits. Remote work may be possible when not requiring physical presence.

Formación

• University degree in life science, pharmacy, nursing, lab analytics or related.
• 3–5 years of direct clinical research experience in a clinical environment.
• Experience in international Phase II or Phase III trials.
• Site start-up/activation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct protocol-specific site readiness and gap assessments for study initiation.
• Assist Site Initiation Visits, site activation, and first-patient readiness.
• Coordinate workflows with investigators, labs, pharmacy, imaging, and vendors.
• Manage recruitment activities, referrals, pre-screening, and follow-up.
• Prepare participant visit plans and track protocol windows and samples.
• Support monitoring visits preparations and closure of open items.
• Identify operational risks early and escalate as needed.
• Maintain essential documents, training records, and trackers.
• Provide EDC entry and query resolution when delegated.
